🪖 Metro 2039 Collector’s Edition Revealed — Featuring The Stranger’s Helmet

Deep Silver and 4A Games have revealed the first details of the Metro 2039 Collector’s Edition.

The main highlight of the edition is a full-size replica of The Stranger’s combat helmet, belonging to the game’s new protagonist.

The helmet was created using the original in-game 3D model. It features recreated scratches, scuffs, and other signs of wear, while the visor can be raised and lowered.

A physical version can currently be seen at the Metro 2039 booth at Gamescom 2026 in Cologne — Hall 9.1.

📦 What else will be included in the Collector’s Edition?

The publisher is deliberately keeping the full contents secret for now.

So far, we know that:

• the edition will be limited;
• it will include a replica of The Stranger’s helmet;
• pre-orders will open later in 2026;
• the price has not yet been announced;
• the remaining items will be revealed later.

Deep Silver has also launched a giveaway for the Collector’s Edition among subscribers to the official Metro newsletter. However, according to the giveaway rules, residents of Russia and Belarus are not eligible to participate.

It looks like the helmet will be the centerpiece of the Collector’s Edition — and it fits the classic Metro aesthetic perfectly: rough, worn, and looking like it has already survived years of expeditions to the surface.
